You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 15 days of your delivery date (US orders only). Please note that the product must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Yes, we ship worldwide! Enter your address at checkout to view the shipping options and rates that are available for your country. Additional custom and duty charges may apply upon arrival. Expect additional shipping time for international orders.

After your order is placed, it will be sent out in 1-2 business days (up to 3-4 days during sales and product launches). You will receive an email notification with your tracking information when your order is shipped. Your shipping option and location will then determine the number of shipping days. Once the product has been shipped and has left our warehouse and questions regarding shipping/ lost packages must be taken up with the postal carrier.

Due to customs clearance and other external factors, we cannot make any guarantees regarding international shipping time.

We process orders every morning and afternoon. If you would like to change/ cancel your order email us at and we will make changes to your order if it has not already been processed . If we have already processed and shipped your order, we can no longer make any changes.

To change your shipping address, email with your first and last name, order number, and the updated shipping address. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address for you.
