SHIPPING 

Orders are processed every morning and afternoon. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (3-5 days during sales and product launches), unless your shipping option guarantees same-day shipping. 

Sandy Feet Shop is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.

 Sandy Feet Shop cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by customs, holidays or natural events. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 International shipments may be subject to delays due to COVID-19. Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's expense. Please note Sandy Feet Shop is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. International orders are considered FINAL SALE (excluding Canada) once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Between November 25 and December 25 we do expect delays in shipping. Your shipment could at times take longer than our estimates, particularly international deliveries.  Please plan accordingly.


SALES AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES 

Sandy Feet Shop experiences a large volume of orders during our sales and seasonal product launches. Due to the large volume of orders you can expect: 

Orders to ship from our facility within 2-3 business days.

Customer service inquiries to be answered and resolved within 24 hrs.

Having a product held in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase.

Refunds and returns are accepted when warranty applies (see below).

Sandy Feet Shop reserves the right to refund any purchase.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED

If you need to cancel or modify your shipping address, email us at thesandyfeetshop@gmail.com. If we have not sent your order yet, we will modify it for you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your order.

 

REDIRECTING ORDERS

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please supply a current address that can receive the package and is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Ensure the shipping details provided are accurate as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

 

LOST PACKAGE

The Sandy Feet Shop is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact thesandyfeetshop@gmail.com for help replacing your order. 

 

RETURNS

We offer returns up to 15 days after receiving your package (US only). If you have a problem with your order please email us within 15 days of receiving the order.  Please note that the product must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

with photos attached.  We will reply with complete return instructions.
