Pitaya Power Smoothie

Recipe:

  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit (or Pitaya packs)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk (or milk of choice)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Top with granola, strawberries, coconut, banana, or whatever toppings of your choice.
