Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites

Fall is around the corner and we are so excited to start making seasonal recipes! Although it is still hot in Hawaii we are getting in the spirit of the holidays with all things pumpkin! This recipe is sooo easy, fast, delicious and healthy. What's not to like? Flavors of pecans, pumpkin and oats come together to create the perfect treat to grab on the go or to enjoy as quick snack. These bites come together in a quick 10 minutes and make about 20 pieces. We're so excited to be celebrating fall and hope you enjoy this yum recipe! 


  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cups chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 up chocolate chips (optional)


Combine all dry ingredients (oats, chopped pecans, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, ginger, cinnamon, sea salt) in food processor. Blend for 20 seconds. Add wet ingredients (pumpkin puree, maple syrup and vanilla) to dry ingredients in food processor. Blend again until all ingredients are combined. Roll into balls and chill for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
